NOTE: The wobbly camera - hey - I was on my 9th Coopers - not bad for 5 hours! I must admit I did pick a nasty machine to do the final on, it was old and it had the classic gaps where when you go to hold the ball - it rolls back up the return lane and into the out lane - make sure you check the videos out as you will see where this happens. |

Pinball comp 5 was the fastest comp I have ever done as it was done in 2 days at the 2009 EXPO. The rules were slightly different and the pace was faster!! Sadly I didn't really have enough machines there as I didn't anticipate the crowds that we got, but luckily everyone was patient and we got through to the finals!! The finals I must admit were a bit more pressured than usual as we had more individual finalists than we have ever had before, so the poor buggers had to perform before a crowd - even I would find it difficult to play pinnies in front of a crowd of people. Again it was another exciting final as the lead changed places and their were some interesting games especially with BJ who scored 99, 340 but sadly tilted the game on the fourth ball....even I forgot that those old click clack games punish you severely for that by killing your whole game - Damn those pinballs!! It was all great fun and Z BALL gave away its 5th 1990's pinball to VAD from Dubbo - good on ya mate! |
